Since Monday, November 18, 4:00 AM until Friday, November 29, 1:30 AM, the S-Bahn connection to S Olympiastadion station is interrupted. Here\u2019s all the information you need and how to still reach Olympiastadion.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Arrival from S Spandau Bhf Station<\/strong>
\nFirst, the good news: anyone arriving from the S Spandau Bhf<\/strong> station will not experience any disruptions. The S3<\/strong> and S9<\/strong> lines are operating as usual with a 10-minute frequency. Trains end their routes at S Olympiastadion<\/strong> station and then return toward S Spandau Bhf<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Arrival from Alexanderplatz, Hauptbahnhof, Zoologischer Garten, etc.<\/strong>
\nThe situation is different if you\u2019re traveling from the opposite direction: all S-Bahn trains end at S Charlottenburg<\/strong> station. Between S Charlottenburg<\/strong> and S Olympiastadion<\/strong>, S-Bahn Berlin has set up a replacement bus service, running to and from Flatowallee near Jesse-Owens-Allee.<\/p>\n

Alternative Routes to Olympiastadion<\/strong>
\nAs an alternative to the S-Bahn and replacement buses, the U-Bahn line U2<\/strong> continues to run as usual to U Olympia-Stadion<\/strong> station. From there, it\u2019s about a 600-meter walk to the Olympiastadion. The U2<\/strong> runs in the direction of Ruhleben and departs directly to U Olympia-Stadion<\/strong> for example from S+U Alexanderplatz<\/strong> (travel time: 34 min), S+U Potsdamer Platz<\/strong> (21 min), and S+U Zoologischer Garten<\/strong> (12 min) stations, among others.<\/p>\n

Another option is to take the RE2<\/strong> from Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstr., Hauptbahnhof, Zoologischer Garten, or Charlottenburg to S Spandau Bhf<\/strong> station and transfer there to the S3<\/strong> or S9<\/strong> toward S Olympiastadion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
